Any idea why they are raising so much? P 21 of the prospectus shows only 400k is neededto double capacity. Why would they need a float of 750k and 2.3 mill of 'other.'
Also not impressed with the associated fees and 20k in printing costs- is the need to print legislated? Why can't holders be emailed and subscribers use BPAY?
Not very impressed.
