Sundance made it very clear. Only one will be awarded exclusively (China SOE or Western infrastructure company).

The short-listing has ALREADY taken place.

It's the announcement of the offtake (asset ownership) that will precede the EPC decision. That's the part where no timetable was ever provided, the number of contestants or who they are.

I tend NOT to be interested in the things liberally dilvulged.

(IMO) The "market" is frustrated. It doesn't want to jump the gun but the window of opportunity is closing in rapidly.
