Hi Matt, I am not sure what the "plan" is, I just want to be set for the right risk/reward equation. But,I do agree that the Infrastructure decision is pivotal to further plays. I know you are interpreting the info that is being made public - and yes, it probably isn't the full story.

For me, it is a risk/reward investment. If we are really wrong, what do we lose? If we are right, what do we gain now, and what do we gain later.
