I do agree the UK announcement is good news. And shows support for the environmental bonds offered by CBD to finance their larger installations for which a new issue is expected soon.
The response in the USA was to spike CBDNF to USD$25 until someone (the irrationally exuberant buyer?) sold them back into the market at USD$12. Total shares traded 47 (about $500 worth) and net market change -$3.
