If the board went ahead with DSO, they would be operating at a loss with the phosphate rock price below DSO OPEX - you fools.
so i thank the board for their decision NOT to go ahead with the high risk DSO operation, and reward INVESTORS (long term, patient) with superior operations such as IHP.
