Hi Carmen, sorry to hear you lost on your ANH trade. I can only presume you purchased at .083 based on a buy signal from your trading plan. Looking at both the 1 minute and 5 minute charts there were buy signals all morning so your purchase at that price was quite valid.

What was your exit criteria? There was certainly nothing to validate an exit at .078.

As others have suggested if you base trades on what you read on this site it can only be a fast track to ruin. Do your own research, have a plan both for enty and exit and stick to it.
