Similarly both might be in play by June but the company could tank afterwards and the OAs are useless if someone got greedy and didn't take some profits. Both have risk especially if you choose to hold too long. It all comes down to strategy of if you wish to sell of convert. At the end of the day with the Os if I convert I'll average down my price on the heads. If they climb on good results I'll sell before they expire.
Nothing is without risk, it's up to the individual to research and understand what they are getting themselves in for. As others have said if you don't understand options do some research or just play with the heads until you do so you don't get burnt.
