    Cootes Transport's licence to operate trucks on NSW roads could be permanently scrapped after continued safety defects spurred Roads Minister Duncan Gay to declare he had "lost confidence" in the group's ability to move dangerous goods such as fuel.

    "Cootes Transport has been a repeat offender and enough is enough," Mr Gay said.

    The licence to operate will be a pivotal moment IMO
