WHL is a tiny company, trying to get a foothold is a Big sea of cut throth and speculations, what do you think they didn't do or try! You shouldn't talk about things you really don't know. Better stick to what you've learned about. I'ts probably DR did well with the SEYCHELLS government, they obviously had not much options but they were given a second chance, this is obvious. People should know when you punt on small caps, you are really taking high risk, when you lose out, you shoul blame only yourself.
