Are there any bruthers who feel confident the outcome of the appeals process will result in little change to the timeline Buru had hoped for?
Or, is there a significant chance the fracking program will be delayed substantially?

Moneymaker seems particularly confident, and I would be grateful if other bruthers could shed light on the appeals process.

Obviously, there is much at stake in the eyes of the State Govt., and this undoubtedly bodes well in our favour. It would be reassuring to know that the ignorant views and plans of a misinformed group, and their vast resource of 'free time' cannot change the course of a company like Buru, who could not be more transparent and open for intelligent negotiations.

I am confident some of the posters on bru threads have close ties with this site. I could of course be wrong.
