re: Ann: Update on Completion of Zijin Transa... Hi 1stocks, the building of a mine is not cheap, we will have to tip in or at least be given the opportunity to tip in (Aussie shareholder that is). At current sp I agree that this could go JV then, with a massive rights issue and Zijin the underwriter... And smash us all to dilutive smithereens... So a guess a t/o is not the only option after all... I just hope it is...

But why let Aussies share the glory (sp appreciation) when it's being generated solely from the goodwill of their/Zijin doing... Chinese companies are greedy, and very strategic... They will want as much as they can for as low as they can, and keep the sp increase for themselves...
