re: more tin rattling ahead? I asked this question a few weeks back

"Do you have a sales dept/team in Melbourne? I use the product but am disappointed at the lack of penetration in Melbourne market. Every pharmacy I have been in seems to have Inner Health fridge in it and no
Protract. I recently asked one pharmacy if they stocked it and said no. Two days later I sent wife in to ask the same question. They got it in the next day and have continued to stock it. Can't be that hard to

The reply I received was

"Thank you for your email. At the moment our sales team are focused on educating the specialists about Protract. To distribute Protract amongst the pharmacies we used a brokers sales team, however, we are currently in a change over of brokers for
reasons you have mentioned below.

Any Pharmacy can get Protract from thier wholesaler overnight if they are willing to bother so it is a matter of insisting sometimes. Another way to purchase it which
is quite cost effective if you are purchasing more than one packet of Protract or require other pharmaceutical products is over the internet. Try Pharmacydirect.com.au ; although we are not affiliated with this company, I personally recommend them as they are very reasonably priced.

Because Protract is a relatively new product, Pharmacists are often reluctant to stock a new product until they notice a demand. We are working on the demand side of it by teaching the specialists the beneifts of Protract and the flow on will reach Pharmacists. Its a matter of time and good sales brokers as well.

Least you can get it. Encouraging thing is that the pharmacists I have spoken to who do stock it(the intestinal health one) say their customers swear by it. May just take time. Hope they don't go under before it really takes off.

I think they need to take yakult head on. They have some great strengths - clinically proved etc etc, Australian invention etc etc..

Time will tell. But they do need to do something FAST
