My view is this has been set up for distribution.
The movements have been between accounts of basically the same group and is why no notices.
They will push the share price up hard on 'oil shows"
Watch the volume increase for a possible exit point. Anything like June 2013 will be hidden sellers. (IMO)
As for the price. A dilution picture tells a thousand words.
