Not particularly happy with this CR. Demonstrates just how easy it is to twist Managements arm in my opinion. If you were expecting good news in the coming weeks, why would you raise now at a very cheap price with free attaching options on top of that???

My thoughts:
- Placement too large and therefore too much dilution
- Done at a poor price with gift options
- No offer to existing shareholders, which is always sad to see
- Shares issued should be placed under voluntary escrow at a minimum
