Hi Russ what we are talking about is the daily and weekly charts in conflict we a talking weekly candle here not daily a higher open even equal to the weekly open on volume of 16.5c would show strength and would be bullish if it opens at the weekly close it's a 50/50 favoring the bears if it doesn't go higher that week or opens below that on volume it makes a 95/5 in there favor.
