An interesting article where the following caught my attention: "As part of the arrangement, Zijn Mining has exclusive rights to participate in the development of Nkwe's South African mining projects including first right of refusal on project financing and an offtake contract.''

I understand the 2013 Zijin Annual Report will be out in late April. From my reading of the 2012 Report, the main source of revenue comes from mining gold. In 2012 it made a marginal profit but with the significant drop in the price of gold in 2013, I would conclude that Zijin will be like most gold companies and record a loss for the year.

I would apprecaite your thoughts on the preparedness, or otherwise, of Zijin to source the required circa US$700m required to get NKP to production.

For those who think that I am just down ramping, be advised that I hold a seven figure number of NKP shares and have done so for years. Plus other family members also have holdings. Collectively, NKP owes us 'lots' and we would greatly benefit if NKP share price went 'north'.
