It's mainly based on cost I assume - listing on the NASDAQ is never a cheap exercise but I am surprised Michael Stork has been so restrained based on his 15% stake and repertoire.
I'm sure those thoughts are out there though & probably waiting for the ideal time - the strength on listing is critical to a new company entering the market.
