The problem with Gus is he will raise cap. at any opportunity, as a result he has diluted this co. to a 7c stock, you can offer him $5mill at 3.1c he grab that to,then he will follow it up with a huge capex raise, I am not happy about this useless dilution that keeps happening with PEN
