    I don't see what you're trying to achieve with your rant gdbeech. A CEO getting overpaid is not unique to TAP. This issue has been discussed in the past, but the reality is that in most cases, unless the major institutional holders kick up a stink, nothing will happen.

    "The bottom line is for the past 5 years the company has been a market dog whilst at the same time management have been rewarded obsene salaries for no risk. Luckily it has some fine assets and is ripe to be broken up via a takeover."

    Your "bottom line" is just your opinion, you've made that clear enough. You've also made it clear that you don't want to contribute much else except to repeatedly denigrate current and previous management (you don't seem bothered with distinguishing between them) like a broken record.

    I think we all heard you the first time.

    I wouldn't rule out a takeover, but that is not my base case for my investment in TAP.
