Well the news is out and the company now has financial reserves of $3.9 million.
The bulk of shares, at 4.0cps, were taken up by Resource Capital Fund (RCF) increasing their ownership to 31.9% and Chee Siew Yaw increasing his ownership to 13.5%. A further 20% of shares went to others.
