re: labour's next leader-for mal41 Cerhob, spoken like a true "laissez-faire" capitalist, in other words an anarchist (so long as I'm rich and I rule). This sort of capitalism works against itself, curHob! let the market do what it wills; so where in this is the public, the demos? Just give it a day out to vote for a pointless, ineffective, shackled, government? A government that's made up of corrupt yes men?
Service industries! Wow! What a brilliant, novel idea! Now why didn't everyone else think of that one? Go, curHob and tell your mate Howard! Rather, don't every think that Howard is your mate, mate! Once your elbow begins to ache, you're thrown amidst the dung-flies and told, "look after yourself!"
Shall we all fall into the same poverty level which the US corps have turned so many little nations? Or shall we make sure that Govents all around the world lift their game and protect the demos from rapacious corporations?
The smaller businessman needs protection; the smaller, more feeble person needs protection, nurture, care, the best education so that they will become self sufficient, imaginative, productive human beings with dignity and self-respect.
Stop thinking in stupid slogans cerhob and start thinking a little more widely. Look carefully at the rest of the world. It's seething with anger and that's one of the reasons that so called terrorist attacks take place. The sooner we all get wise to that the sooner they'll stop!
