On most Boeings the wing main spars, ribs and skin are all Al alloy. But the leading and trailing edge flaps are composite with Al alloy ribs etc. ailerons, spoilers, elevators, rudder are all composite skin with metal ribs etc . .
The landing gear doors are composite with metal ribs and hinges. Some engine cowls and thrust reversers have a lot of composites.
The 777 does have pretty much all composite, horizontal and vertical stabilisers, as do some airbus, and i would say the 787 and 380.
One thing that may surprise you is the big GE115 engine on the 777-300ER has plastic composite fan blades. Thats the big blades at the front of the engine that provide 80% of engine thrust. ( like a shrouded propeller or fan) And so far there has not been an in service failure of one of these blades.
