re: Ann: ZSP: S&P DJ Indices Announces March ... An EGM needs 10 % of the shareholders to call it and for those shareholders to bankroll the EGM call out . The resolutions would be to restructure the company for a Nordic listing ; sack the current Board ; nominate new management; get rid of the Oz overheads and sell Roseby. The Nordic listing could be via a share swap. The only other alternative to turn this co around is a hostile takeover to achieve the same ends . I have sold my current shareholding in AOH and will buy back in when the SP collapses under current management.
