"Maurice Blackburn is now in the final stage of the NAB Class Action Settlement administration.
We anticipate that we will issue a Notice of Final Assessment and make distributions to eligible group members over the course of February - March 2014.
As the Administrator of the Settlement Distribution Fund, we are required to complete all of the steps under the Settlement Distribution Scheme before making distributions to group members. We thank all group members for their patience. "
