I think there are a few posters who have given analysis that indicates current "fair value" is around 20c
but I don't think the SP will get there (anytime soon).
My current guess is one of two scenarios :
1. Announcement of a formal takeover ( by SGH) pitched at around 12-15c - why so high giive last sale pre suspension at 5.9c ? because there will need to be an independent experts report on "fair and reasonable".
In this case the SP should logically go back to about the takeover price or a bit under.
OR
2. Announcement of a 15% placement (to SGH) and a large (1 for 1 ?)fully undewritten rights issue (underwritten by SGH) at 5-6c.
In this case SP should rise as the cashflow issues of NXS will be largerly adressed and a big "deep pockets" shareholder in place, but probably the SP will stay under 10c as SGH will be firmly in control creating a different form of uncertainty/caution.
