I put that link up in point 8 of my post 070314 under this topic, but it doesn't seem to be working just at the moment, at least not on my machine. Anyway for convenience I'm just copying that point 8 in here again:

Frankly that process may be a little awkward for some (ASIC doesn't have a direct 'generic' email) so it may be easier to arrange to fax 03-51773999 a handwritten or typed letter direct. Your letter should be headed 'URGENT - Metal Storm Limited'. Snail mail is to GPO Box 9827, Sydney NSW 2001.

If the link isn't working for you, then maybe consider typing up a letter and just faxing it to ASIC at 03-51773999? But please make sure you do it ..... and that applies to anyone else that has had any doubts. BTW don't feel constrained to only discuss 'no more ASIC extensions', that's an important one but IMHO perceived wider concerns since ASOF put the company into Administration in 2012 are probably fair game - your call. Keep it tidy and brief, and good luck.
