aff67611-I havent once argued that property has been a great investment in the past so not sure what you are trying to prove there matey? My whole premis is based on the amount of downside risk proeprty currently posses.
If you hold property freehold or with sufficient margin to absorb a 20% hit then by all means sit back and forget.And yes there are always buying opportunities-I am always looking. BUT property does hold a certain element of risk at the moment-a asset, any asset cant have such a long running steller rise and be expected to continue to do so indefinately.
