Money could be borrowed from a bank secured by proven oil reserves in the Thailand concessions. The Loyz announcement said that Loyz "understands from the operator that an updated reserve report is expected shortly." This announcement was dated 3 March so hopefully the reserve report will be released by end of March and show an increase in reserves.
