domdoc: you are buying into optimistic crystal ball opinions of the board.
The board expected results to be 57% greater than they were last half to clearly show the difference between optimism and realism.
The market is deflating - ask anyone in IT so I have my doubts that these acquisitions bought for huge forward multiples of earnings will do anything but increase the PER.
This certainly appears like Geoff Lord II - Bolt on Acquisitions that end up a dog's breakfast.
IMO 5 year lows coming up by end of year.
