JC03 nothing will have to pay out of your pocket as IMF will fund this class action. And if we need to consult S&G privately, you will have to pay for their consulation fees as far as I know. I would think this is a strong case but then whether there is any repayment back. I am not sure. In the agreement, it stated if S&G lose the case, IMF will still pay for the consultation fees and nothing will come out from our pocket. which means we do not have to pay for the fees. So, I think anyone who still hold the shares should have participate or anyone hold before 31 Dec 2013 shall participate too.
