The difference is...10%. It means that it is no longer a 50/50 JV and gives Alara the driving seat.
I believe, if I read the release correctly, that it solves the problems relative to the Project’s next stages of development by removing an untenable set up for moving ahead with finance application...instead putting the onus on Alara.
I think you will see the transfer done pronto.
