This means that right now, they have about $600k in the bank.

The pending announcement could be one of a couple of things.

1. Information relating to Mulga Rock - the director buying activity over the past few months would indicate that these developments will be positive. Personally, I'm hoping its this.

2. Capital Raising - not out of the question.
