Maybe the substantial holder who unloaded millions a few months ago is unloading again. If he was willing then to sell millions at sub 5 cents (a record low, and in my opinion it was only his selling that was keeping it sub 5 cents) it would appear he is not overly interested in getting the best return...you know, when you've got 30 million shares who's worried about the odd cent or two. Crazy, but we may see a change in substatial notice sometime soon.
