1. Nobody cuts transponders and comms on a commercial flight then flies a route designed to avoid radar detection for 5 hrs only to ditch or crash the plane killing all 239 on board ... nobody.

2. A number of superpower militaries now admit to having tracked MA370 via radar and/or satellite and have a fair idea of the route taken and last known location somewwhere near where the plane would need to land.

3. Those same militaries would be able touse satellite imagery to scan for runways suitable to land a 777 and I am guessing there'd be fewer than 10 near the last known location of MA270 ... with satellite imagery they would be looking for unusual activity and spy drones would almost certainly have been deployed by now to check out some of those potential airfields.

4. The prospect of a rouge, barely detectable 777 packed with explosives and spent uranium appearing over a heavily populated western city in the weeks and months ahead doesn't bare thinking about ... if terrorists were prepared to take out 3000 souls for 9/11 they wouldn't think twice about 230 or so passengers if it delivered them a long range commercial jetliner ... a gas attack on MA370 is all it would have taken to immobilise all unprotected on board.

5. There's a good chance behind the scenes all week there has been unprecedented co-operation between USA, China, Russia and major European nations.

As it is panning out, the above or similar cannot be discounted imo.
