After doing some research about which article was first and written by whom I came to the following conclusion:

The most cited article at Ventures Africa was NOT the first one (as I guessed before). Instead, they picked it up from Daily Nation located in Kenya, but gave no source.

For some reason the modificated article by Ventures Africa got most often re-tweeted on Twitter. Therefore it was linked to again and again and again like an exponential avalanche.

Ventures Africa seems to be located in Nigeria. They do not give an adress but most of their given telefonenumbers, especially the country code is the one of Nigera.

However, as I said the "mother of all articles" seems to be this one from Daily Nation in Kenya:

It is quite interesting to read through because besides of the misleading information it contains some info about the forum, where the Secretary might have spread the news, which are not in the article of Ventures Africa. Question is, whether the info are right or also nonsense.

Anyway, best will be to wait till Monday morning and to see if there will be an announcement by PCL or later on from BG.

As long as the vessels are coming and going to the location of Sunbird-I - as they do in the moment - there is hope.
