Hi Karljasper
Well personally, I would be horrified if AS did leave any time soon. No doubt he'll run out of steam in a few years, but it has been his tireless energy and enthusiasm which has made the company.
There would seem to be a few very large and sophisticated international companies which also appear to have successful relationships with the management of Unilife.
The most important thing that AS has done is hire extremely capable and successful managers , Ramin being one of the very best. This ability to know the areas which require the very best talent has set AS apart in my estimation. AS has assembled a formidable team of research scientists and innovative managers and has won the respect of the large international pharmaceutical companies.
Toss him out ? I don't think so !!
Cheers
J
