Well as I read this ann they are not planning to be solely Bitcoin miners but:-

1. General Digital currency mining
2. Developing retail and consumer products related to Digital currencys
3. Developing Mobile Apps (I assume not digital currency related)

So all your criticisms are Bitcoin related seems to me there are many spokes to the MEJ Wheel.

You are going so some lengths to talk down this stock (which you flag as held) ... If you were so down on this stock then you would have sold all into the rally on Friday but you did not... Could it be that you are looking to refill at a lower price.??
