Obe's - that feasibility work/study that ECT will be submitting soon to NLC for their ASSESSMENT will have been developed with YES Bank's assistance. In light of the clarifications you make in your post, I'm confident that NLC will not spend a lot of time and resources scrutinising what will have India's fourth largest private sector bank's stamp of approval all over it. Just my imo.
