I don't think I am so knowledgable.... risk averse yes, knowledgeable... not so much.

Given I am risk averse, what I would like to see is

a) contracts with understandable numbers attached to them

b) management delivering on promises as promised (eg contracts coming in on time)

c) more clarity and communication from management

d) zero promoting and spin on any favourable events

e) Lots of cash coming into the business from sales

f) strong profit margins to go with long term contracts

g) a loan deal that doesn't leave the company completely at risk of insolvency

obviously UNS is trying to get to a position in which it makes money. So e and f can't be expected now.

There is a lot of speculation on these threads and if management was more consistent and disclosed more, I think it would be easier for speculators to have a stronger sense of confidence and there would be less concern about shorters. Shorters don't hurt good companies.
