abbott is attempting to carry out his election mandate - which included stopping the boats - which even the labs, under krudd eventually thought was a good idea. the libs want to get rid of the carbon tax - indeed, into the run up to the election, krudd was claiming that the carbon tax was no good .

tony wants to get rid of the mining tax - even BS (that is bill shorten) wants to reconcile with the mining industry - but wants to keep the tax, or a form of the tax - yet this just shows how hopeless labor under BS , actually is - the libs are offering no mining tax.
