    I think it's just T+3er's taking whatever they can get after buying in on Monday.

    The only reason you would sell at these prices is to "lock in" profits or if you were just scared it would fall back to 5c.

    Whilst I don't fully comprehend the significance of Monday's announcement on the German appeal or backdated and future revenues in the US (5 times greater than the German SAR revenues), one must surely taken into consideration the fact that QPSX was sitting on 50c prior to the German Patent Court ruling that QPSX’s patent was invalid in light of the cited prior art.

    On a risk / reward basis surely now QPSX is now incredible value considering it's exposure to AT LEAST $140M in litigation monies valuing QPSX at 68c.

    QPSX could also be a potential takeover target in the near future from either Cisco, Ericsson, Siemens, Deutsche Telekom, Lucent, Alcatel, Juniper Networks and Nortel Networks or Oracle.
