I keep saying that we need one of two things to force a change and they are another war, or a full size depression.
We know what we need to change and that is to take the power away from the politicians by having a Direct Democracy system where the power is back in the hands of the public IE the people
Over the last 40 years the politicians have slowly increased their powers so that they are no longer answerable to the people, and it is either vote for that idiot or the other idiot as they have entrenched the two party system and outsiders are eliminated quickly so as not to have any opposition to the Canberra Club
The other avenue is to take a leaf out of the Labor Party/Union movement hand book and use the social media to protest, which they do to further their cause very effectively. With IPhones and the internet it has become a lot easier to get large numbers of people to back a movement
