The next area could be as close to Crimea as you can get in Ukraine Mike .

If it does not now move on peacefully to what has occurred Russia does not look like it will not interfere again .

As i read articles news etc its increasing the persecution of language could trigger that !

We are not talking probably normal lines of race creed or religion but a dialect!

Lavrov, Kerry agree to push for Ukraine constitutional reforms

Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov and Mr Kerry have agreed to seek a solution by pushing for constitutional reforms in Ukraine, the Russian foreign ministry says.

It did not go into details on the kind of reforms needed except to say they should come "in a generally acceptable form and while taking into the account the interests of all regions of Ukraine".

There was no immediate confirmation from Washington.

In their second phone conversation in two days, Mr Lavrov also urged Mr Kerry to use the influence of the United States to encourage authorities in Kiev to stop "massive lawlessness" against the Russian-speaking population.

"Sergei Viktorovich Lavrov and John Kerry agreed to continue work to find a resolution on Ukraine through a speedy launch of constitutional reform with the support of the international community," the ministry said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has vowed to track down and bring to justice all those promoting separatism in Crimea.

He says his country will find the ones who are trying to destroy Ukrainian independence.

"To the Ukrainian people - let there be no doubt, the Ukrainian state will find all those ringleaders of separatism and division who now, under the cover of Russian troops, are trying to destroy Ukrainian independence," he told a cabinet meeting.

"We will find all of them - if it takes one year, two years - and bring them to justice and try them in Ukrainian and international courts. The ground will burn beneath their feet."
