    Do you live off the beaten track peace?

    Abbott's and Helgas are decent breads with a few varieties...some very high in fibre...around the 6.3gr/100gr. They are always available and on special on alternating cycles. Mia's also does a grain bread (most of theirs I wouldn't feed to the ducks!) called Wheatbelt grain, or similar, and that's about $3 as an everyday price.

    Maybe you need to pay attention to the cycles shops play ;)
