    re: Ann: digitalBTC Signs Strategic Agreement... No mention of the commission payable to cloudhashing also one of the board members of digitalBTC is the CEO Of cloudhashing . Still need to read that prospectus also see what the vendor does with his 83m shares when he gets them post prospectus. If say the bitcoin price falls under $500 does mining no longer become profitable. Too many risks here for my liking.
