The gold price is higher now than when I made my last post above but the share price on the TSX has fallen back under CAD1.00. Finished at CAD99 cents, having been as low as 95 cents.
Quite a change of sentiment. Why?
Sumthin may not be quite right. The story may not be as advertised. Compare TGZ with SMF which just keeps powering ahead (probably well beyond its value). Even lowly EVR/EDV is basically holding near to its recent high, and actually rose last night to CAD98 cents despite the goldie carnage on the TSX.
I wonder if anyone here has any reasons for the outsized pullback in the share price? Is it due to the 43-101 technical report released on the ASX last week but not yet on the TSX?
