suspect the PPX price is also being held down by exiting ex PXUPA holders.
Interesting to note that the PXUPA/PPX ratio is down to 206. I would suggest that's going to be around the final payout ratio ie PXUPA holders might get a $50 offer when PPX is capped at around 160m or bought out at 300m or they might just be left out there to hang for even longer
