Maybe theirs was done in large part to an existing large holder who was happy to pay a premium on a top up to make his overall holding look better?
Complete speculation but who knows how they managed that and keep in mind its not the norm. A discount as ABU has done is much more common. Not much point comparing to an odd situation when not knowing how they pulled off that premium.
