Who knows, perhaps they needed the cash at that time and had no choice but to sell a portion of their holding and couldn't wait 2 weeks in case 2 weeks turned into 4 into 6 etc and the price kept receding.
Remember they still hold 66 Million shares, if it was very bad they would have looked to offload them for whatever they could prior to this being released.
