Lyc/mcp down the gurgler raises the stakes here imo. the chinese can now see the light at the end of the monopoly tunnel and Ngualla sits next to Mayfair. They'll clean up their act at home in mining practice and seal this puppy off and any other stragglers ROW with it. Its longevity, economy and ease of mining make the african location not so important, even less so that they have local chinese built infrastructure in the vicinity. Perhaps an issue over long term sovereignty of Tanzania, the threat being China will just buy up the whole damn country at some stage.
